The Client Profile Registration System (CPRS) account, being a mandatory requirement for
the Bureau of Customs, is now required before a trader can register with ACDD
ACDD Portal — Terms and Condition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In line with the Agreement among ASEAN Member States (AMS), the ASEAN Customs Declaration Data
(ACDD) will be extracted from Export Declaration and transmitted to the Customs of the importing
AMS. By using the Bureau of Customs ACDD Portal, you as a registered exporter, hereby agree to
be unconditionally bound by Terms and Conditions of its use, as stated in this document.
As a registered exporter/user of the ACDD Portal, I am duly authorized by principals to
represent the enterprise/company and to engage with the Bureau of Customs in compliance to
the export procedures and requirements, including the submission of complete, valid and
accurate data in the Export Declaration/SAD to the BOC E2M.
The Bureau of Customs is authorized to extract the required data fields from the Export
Declaration/SAD to generate the ACDD Message, for exchange with the import AMS through the
ASEAN Single Window.
As a registered exporter/user of the ACDD Portal, I am able to view all such ACDD Messages
generated from our enterprise/company’s export declaration, and accept full responsibility
for accuracy of the data in the ACDD Message, and shall immediately inform the BOC on any
error.
I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions, and voluntarily give consent for the
extraction and use of the Export Declaration/SAD data for processing, generation, storage
and retention of the corresponding ACDD Messages, by the Bureau of Customs for the
purpose(s) described in this document. I also understand that my consent does not prevent
the existence of other criteria for lawful processing of personal and export transaction
data, does not waive any of my rights under RA 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other
applicable laws.
